Plain, friendly terms for using Sammy Kym Creator Hub products, accounts and tools.
Terms of Use
By using Sammy Kym Creator Hub, you agree to use the platform, products and downloads in a fair, respectful and lawful way.
These starter terms are written in plain language and may be refined as the platform moves closer to full launch.
Account Use
Your Creator Hub account is for your own use only. Please keep your login details private and do not share your account with other people.
Access may be limited, suspended or removed if an account is misused or shared in a way that affects the service or other customers.
Product Access
Products are connected to your account after purchase or activation. Access is granted only for the specific tools or products you have purchased or that have been manually granted to your account.
Digital delivery may include Creator Hub access, desktop app licence keys, downloads, instructions or product-specific resources.
Digital Delivery
Digital products may be delivered through your Creator Hub account, a product download, an instruction PDF, an activation page or a licence key.
Please keep your purchase details and delivery materials private, as they are intended for the original purchaser.
Desktop Apps
Some desktop products require a licence key. Licence keys are for the original purchaser and should not be shared, sold, published or used across unauthorised devices.

AI Tools
Some Sammy Kym Creator Hub tools may use your own OpenAI, Gemini or other supported AI provider account.
When a product requires your own API key, you are responsible for your provider account, usage settings, budgets and any charges applied by that provider.
Sammy Kym Creator Hub does not control third-party AI billing, provider pricing, account settings or usage policies.
We recommend setting usage limits or daily budgets directly within your chosen AI provider account to help manage costs. Some Sammy Kym tools may also include daily budget settings to help you manage usage.
Protected Systems
You may not resell Creator Hub access, redistribute the tools, copy the systems, share databases, repackage prompt libraries or present Creator Hub tools as your own product.

Refunds and Support
Digital products, software licences and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, a licence key has been issued, or files have been delivered.
Please read the product description, watch available previews/tutorials and check compatibility before purchasing.
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing use of a purchased product, please contact support and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Creator Hub products, pages, features and terms may be updated over time as the platform grows.
